5. Void meditation
I personally use and recommend two ways of
practicing void meditation. You may have other ideas, so don't be afraid
to experiment. flame meditation, I believe it is important for getting
used to the element of fire, and meditation on the aura is an important
ending of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. However, if someone does not like
the Reflection Meditation method, they can easily not do it, or do the
Void meditation in a different way. (reflection meditation is not a
Black Mirror exercise - I don't do that because I don't have one yet)
The important thing here is to concentrate your mind; focus it like a
laser.
5.1. Flame meditation
You will need a candle for
this, as I wrote at the beginning. It is best to place the candle on
something so that it is distanced from the base on which it stands. The
point is simply to be able to sit cross-legged (or on a chair) and, with
a straight spine, be able to comfortably look at her from a short
distance. Too little is not good either; I recommend about thirty
centimeters - so that the image is sharp (it does not blur when zoomed
in too much).
The distance can be made from a riveted board with a
stand, etc. It is important that this solution is practical, durable
and comfortable. It doesn't have to be a super-solid structure because
these candles are lightweight. Just be gentle with it, and if you
[accidentally] drop a candle on your clothes, I recommend ironing it
with an iron with a layer of toilet paper or tissue on it - it comes off
without a trace. Just don't set the temperature too high so as not to
damage your clothes... ;)
Here's
my equipment. I put him on the chair, on the board next to it, and I
put the candle at the end of the board riveted to the stump. I just have
to be careful not to touch this whole structure during meditation,
because several times my pants were stained with wax... (then I'm left
with paper and iron...)
Here you also set the duration of the
exercise with an alarm on your phone, as in the case of Energy
Meditation. To start with, I recommend no longer than eight minutes.
It's best to place it somewhere next to you so that you can easily turn
it off without breaking your trance, because this is not the end of this
exercise. When you turn off the (QUIET AND CALM) alarm, you put down
the phone and put your hands over your eyes, as on JoS (I will not
re-translate it - take a thank Hooded Cobra), and try to keep this
"spot" in the dark as long as possible {*}. When it goes out, you can
look at the flame for a while. Do all this calmly and slowly so as not
to lose this trance and not to accidentally touch the candle...
{*It
is good to do this exercise in complete darkness (except for the flame
itself), because then you can hold this image much longer. It is also
important to be focused while doing this, as well as while looking at
the flame, because distraction will quickly deprive you of this desired
spot.}
5.2. Reflection Meditation
You can buy the mirror
in a cosmetics store, but personally I think it's better to look for it
on Allegro, an antiques market, or something like that (as long as it
doesn't have any Christian/Hebrew letters, symbols, etc.). In my
opinion, such a "mirror" is more suitable for this than some cheap
cosmetic crap. As in the case of Płomień, I recommend making a similar
structure, but in this case a solid board and a counterweight work
better (I use two dumbbells on each side). two kilos) to be able to move
your mirror quite close to you. The position is more important here,
because in order to see your reflection without slouching, you need to
position it quite precisely.
When it comes to this meditation, as
well as the Flame meditation, at the beginning you may have various
subtle impressions... Like your first magical experiences. For example,
changing reflections, colors, or seeing something in flame.
So
that you don't have an unpleasant surprise, I will tell you right away
that it will disappear over time, only to return after some time in a
more clear and controlled way. This is because the spiritual
degeneration caused by Christianity and other similar anti-spiritual
programs, as well as alcohol and drugs{*}, cause holes in the aura as
well as a hole in the soul's defense system. Breathing exercises and
development in general must first repair (build up) what these nasties
have broken. Therefore, at first the availability of the astral will
decrease, not increase. However, once you are spiritually aware and
relatively powerful, you will control these processes.
{*Satanism
does not command you to completely abstain from stimulants. But using
strong drugs, or frequent use of marijuana and/or drinking alcohol shell
destroy your development, because ALL drugs or alcohol destroy the
spirit (including those recommended by some "gurus", such as Peter
Carroll). Of course, cigarettes are also not recommended. As a
consolation, I can tell you that systematic and consistent work on
spiritual development completely eliminates the "hunger" or even the
desire to take any such substances. If you are not addicted and you like
something from time to time (..), then have a beer or two or smoke a
joint every now and then. But if "every now and then" is to be more
frequent than, say, every Saturday, it is not worth taking up
development at all. Waste of time..
Just a quick side note about
hallucinogenic mushrooms and things like that. The shrooms open your
astral by simply making a breach in the soul's immune system, which you
initially have to build up during your development. I'm not talking
about other strong hallucinogens because I have no experience, but I
think it works on the same principle. It's true (with the shrooms) it
was an interesting experience(...), but it's NO DEVELOPMENT, ON THE
CONTRARY!}
I will also add here that I personally do not do this
exercise anymore. At least for the moment. It is possible that I will
come back to it one day, because I have nice memories of it... However,
if for time reasons you have to choose, in my opinion, choosing flame
meditation is much better because it teaches concentration better, and
besides, this meditation works great on the third eye, which is very
difficult to fully open. And in summer, when there is a short night and
little darkness, you can replace meditation on the flame with inhalation
of solar energy. Just a warning - ALWAYS WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED AND
WEARING DARK GLASSES if you don't want to damage your eyesight.
